This is where you can find a host of information about all aspects of gardening.  We are a friendly group of people with a gardening interest in common.  We meet on the third Thursday of March, April, May, September, October & November at 7:30 in Corfe Mullen Village Hall. We also enjoy organised visits during June, July & August.
We would love to see you, so why not come along and join us.  Everyone is very welcome.

The Corfe Mullen Gardening Club was previously called the Corfe Mullen Horticulture Society. Over the years ideas changed and the ‘Horticulture Society’ aspect was dropped in favour of what was felt as more appropriate to a ‘Gardening Club’. What we do remains the same and the friendly atmosphere is abundant.  The Club is affiliated to the Royal Horticultural Society.

Our meetings are very varied with speakers giving illustrated presentations on many topics.  These evening talks are very popular and our speakers are often asked to come back and share their new experiences with us.  Tea and coffee is always available.

Throughout the year the Club has a number of outings where we visit various gardens and houses. Most are on a day visit but sometimes we have an overnight stay.  All these outings are well supported.  During the summer months we meet up socially.

Being a member of Corfe Mullen Gardening Club entitles you to discounts at a local nursery.

**Latest update:

Due to the Covid 19 Virus situation, the club has been forced to cancel ALL meetings and events for this year, including the day trip and the weekend away in September.

For those interested, the hotel in Somerset, says that we can make a provisional booking again in

September for September 2021.

With regards to the programme, the club is hoping to transfer all the meetings and trips lost this year to 2021.

A social evening towards the end of this year, circumstances permitting, is hoped to be arranged. Watch this space!

This month the Gallery has something completely different. A Video show  that I hope you will enjoy.

Our speaker who was booked for May, Marcus Dancer, would like everyone to know that he can offer a mail order service.  He can be found at:-

Saddlestones, Whitchampton
The whole programme for 2020 has now been CANCELLED. See latest update

Latest Information:

Hello to you all. During this pandemic we have all been restricted to social distancing and staying indoors whenever possible.

This has curtailed our venturing out and of course not being able to enjoy our Club programme for visiting the various places that had been planned for this year. To this extent taking pictures of our outings has been non existence. Thus the Gallery will not be updated until the present restrictions are eased allowing us to venture out and getting back to normality.
